How to get rid of this?.To get rid of pest problem under control, inspection is the first and foremost step.

The Crematogaster ashmeadi emery is commonly known as an acrobat ant.  There are perhaps 10 species of Crematogaster, they are commonly found throughout Florida and the southeastern United States. They are considered native to Florida and are found in most counties.  Acrobat ants are small to medium sized ants, generally 2.6 to 3.2 mm long.  A colony of acrobat ants usually exists in each tree of such coastal plain and pine forests, occupying the excavated chambers of cossid moth larvae and bark beetles.

PEST CONTROLAnts are very tiny insects that live in colonies. We can get rid of ants by so many different ways.

Crematogaster ashmeadi are arboreal ants, nesting in trees and rotten wood. They  are the most dominant arboreal ant species in north Florida coastal plain pine forests, comprising 80-90% of the ants in that forest ecosystem.  The abundance of these ants makes them major ecological factors in these long-leaf pine forests. As such, they are the most important source of food for the endangered red-cockaded, woodpecker and the Picoides Borealis
